I would like to take the time and thank all the staff at Abbeyville’s Rehab Unit for taking such good care of my mother Virginia Soto during a difficult time. When you first enter the building the receptionist was professional All nursing staff was professional and attentive to her needs during her stay at Abbeyville . David the nurse on that unit was very kind and understanding and was comforting. Andrea the charge nurse on that unit was amazing , Sharon, and Yoli and John they were very kind to my mother and helped her. PT and OT were very professional as well. Abbeyville has a great team. Keep up the great team work. May you all continue to bless lives. Thank you all. Sincerely Sandra Soto.

This place is horrible! I went in to see my grandmother this week, it was going on 1pm and she was still laying in her bed and light was off in a hospital grown. Two days later and she's still in the same clothes with no shower at 12pm. My mother went to change her socks and her nails were longer then her finger nails with dry blood aroijd her pinky toe. They refused to give her solid food because it's a "choking hazard" but she eats what we bring in like a champ. They do nothing with her, she just lays there confused because she's blind. If it was up to me, she wouldn't be in that place.

My mother in law was there for 16 days for rehabilitation. We took in 7 outfits of clothes. It took them a least a week to find where her clothes went. When we picked her up to take home we took what we assumed was her dirty laundry since they were in a bag in her closet. Took them home to wash and found out they weren't her clothes. They said her clothes were in laundry, 2 weeks later we went back to return clothes that weren't hers and they still don't know where her clothes are. Everytime you call you get the run around. Nobody knows anything and your told they will find out and call you back. That never happens. Thankfully she wasn't there very long before coming home. If management can't handle a simple thing as clothes I hate to see what kind of care the patients are being given. I wouldn't advise putting your loved ones here.
