Good Afternoon Everyone! First Giving Honor To My LORD And Savior Jesus Christ! I Just Want To Start Off By Saying That This Is A Wonderful Home Health Care Agency! I Would NOT Trade Mrs. Theresa E. Frett For The World! She Was ALWAYS So Nice And Sweet To My God-Mother! Every Time She Visited My God-Mother Home, She Always Gave This Warm Feeling Of Love And Peace That Stayed With Us Even After She Left! The Home Health Care Plan Of Care That She Used Worked Great For My God-Mother In Her Last Days! I Really Appreciate Everything That She Did For My God-Mother Along With The Staff That Worked Hard To Make Her Happy And Healthy, Especially In My God-Mother’s Final Moments! Thank You So Much A+ Home Health Care Services, LLC For All That You Do For Our Elderly! I Have To Admit Our Family Members Were NOT Always Sure As To What To Do! But, You ALWAYS Gave Excellent Advice When The Family Members Were UNSURE As What To Do About My God-Mother’s Health And Well-Being! If you're looking for a reliable agency to take care of your loved one, this is not the place for you. I've never experienced a more unprofessional company than this place. I'm a total care client, and the owner dropped me right smack-dab in the middle of the holidays. She dropped me for not being happy with the company, she says, but who would be after you're left with no service on more than one occasion. I think it was because I'm a total care patient, and they are very short on cna's. I never met a satisfied CNA that worked for her. They all complain about low pay, no mileage, no overtime, and no holiday pay. She dropped me over a text, if I might add. As I said before, absolutely nothing professional about this company at all! She had to know that being that it was during the holidays, that I would have to go days without service, but this is how much she cares about her clients!!! She also gave me her word, that she would fix two holes that a CNA put in my wall with my power chair, but needless to say, that was a total lie! When she doesn't want to discuss a certain situation, she will avoid all of your texts and calls, as she did in this situation. Her website states that she started this business because of what her mother went through, but I can assure you that her mother would not be happy with the way that she's running this business! Please, don't be fooled by the name, it should be called C- Healthcare Services at best.

I wouldn't recommend this agency to any family. My family have experienced the most outrageous things with one of the CNA with this company from stealing medication to eating my mother's food and reporting time she wasn't at work and having my elderly mother sign time sheets that she wasn't at working. This company doesn't care its about that insurance money. I wish I could give 0 star.
