This is the worst company I've ever had the company is divided they constantly break HIPPA law they talk office business with clients so very unprofessional and only wants to deal with clients that can walk and do for themselves

I used them for about 8 or 9 years. It is almost impossible to get a provider that is any good, but in the beginning they seemed to at least care. But as time went by they asked me if I knew someone to help me? I thought that was their job? Also, I had a very rude fill in come here and they did nothing about it, they evidently believed her story rather than the truth. I would never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

I have heard nothing from them since I hired them n had service for one day The Hurricane affected the area but spoke to answering service and said they were in office today But no one bothered to call n ask if I needed care service r even if I was ok . I'm very sick and need assistance last week but due to flooding in Beaumont no service was available. I'm just wondering why they haven't bothered to call me since their in office today . Not happy about it at all today.
