2 times in a row, they left by 90 six-year-old grandmother alone with no aid while her aide was on vacation. The age she has is amazing but when she's off. No replacement is ever sent. This place is horrible. And they don't inform the insurance company.When no one is there

Also thank you for sending two of the most amazing caregivers home health aids Cynthia and Pharline who are well trained courteous,and highly professional! Thank for all the care provided to me during my recovery!

I have the most AWESOME Aide. She is absolutely wonderful, caring, efficient. Helps encourages me. I need that alot. She looks around on her own to see what needs to be done. My aides name is selomee. I dont know how i ever got through without me. She is also very compassionate and understanding. I believe with any aide compa y you go to it will be the luck of ths sdrae. I guess i hit lotto!!Itruly feel cared about

This business continues to provide aids that have not showed up and been unresponsive. In addition, they care they have provided my mother is subpar and unfortunate. Two of the aids did not show up on time or fulfill the duties required of a Home Health Aid. Strongly do not recommend and aiming to report.
