My grandma was a patient at Zebulon Rehabilitation for a few weeks. The staff was very kind, attentive, and caring. Therapy was great and patient with her. The activities department had great activities to keep her busy during the day that she enjoyed very much. I would recommend coming here for skilled therapy.

The staff are amazing and care very much about every patient coming in and going out! Receptionist and Office manager are very respectful and helpful with any questions and concerns. They have lots of activities planned for residents throughout the weeks and for holidays which is great and shows that they care! I would not choose another place to have a family member stay, and I trust every staff member to care for my loved ones. Good and honest Healthcare is hard to come by nowadays, and this place is doing it right. Thank you!

My mother was a patient in this facility for approximately 3 weeks. In that time she contracted Covid, pneumonia, uti, and bed soars. She was not given Pto after a broken hip for two weeks. We were told she was to weak to get up for Pto when the night prior to her coming there the hospital had her on her feet. We eventually had her taken to the hospital er because my mother thought she was going to die. The er found her to have a stage 2 boarding a stage 3 bed soar while Zebulon said she had no open wounds the day before. She was never cleaned well. The er had to clean her body of feces in certain places. Less then a month later my mother has passed away from severe sepsis from the bed soars and the aggressive uti and pneumonia. If I could give negative stars I would. Please don’t whatever you do send your loved ones to this place
