The north canton office in ohio is so unprofessional. I would never use this agency again. Im on disability and get services to help clean my house. The aide i had was always calling off or taking time off and when she came she didnt want to do much of anything. I only needed 3 rooms cleaned and she sat in a chair talking for 3 of the 4 hours that she was at my house. They never called me if she called off to let me know and when they knew she was going to be off they didnt let me know that a new person was coming and what her name was when there was coverage. I dont recommend this place to anyone. The workers are very lazy.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! In October 2023 my Dad became critically ill and was placed on hospice care. I was thrilled when Your Home Court Advantage told me they could begin home health care immediately! I was willing to pay the $34 hourly rate because I needed the help (I was a singe caregiver to my dad). The Intake nurse came out the first day and did the assessment ($125). I pre-paid for 1 week ahead of time for approximately 5 overnight (8 hour shifts) and 2 days per week (6 hour shifts). This cost $1900.00. Again, I was happy to pay because I needed the help and this agency could accommodate. The first night my nurse aid was due to show up, she no call no showed. I attempted to call the 24 hour help line and it took nearly an hour and several attempts to get through. I was told she (my scheduled nurse aid) took a nap and didn’t wake up. I was told 1 hour after she was due to show up they would not be able to send anyone. This is at 1 am. The next day, I was told the same nurse aid would be back the next night. I explained I wanted a different aid. Unfortunately, we never got to use any services from this agency because my Dad passed away his second day on hospice. This leads me to the most horrible part of this process: the refund. I called at minimum 10 times and was told the following: 1) I would be called back and was never called back or 2) a refund was submitted to corporate but they could not provide any verification it was submitted, a contact at corporate, or any refund processing timeframe. When I was finally provided a number to corporate , there was no option to speak to a live person. My Dad died on 10.31.23. I could not get any answer from Your Home Court Advantage as to the status of my refund until 11.13.23. Again, this is after I spoke with several staff (including the CEO), was not called back on several occasions, and given the runaround. I did receive a refund today (the check was mailed on 11.15.23), but it was not easy! I would absolutely never recommend this agency to anyone. Horribly unprofessional on so many levels. I hope that if you find yourself in a vulnerable time like I did with a loved one in need of care, you will see this review and choose a different agency.

Home care aides call off consistently and they never have coverage! My family has been left with the burden of rushing and rearranging schedules to care for our elderly grandfather more times than not. It's beyond sad that this company takes on VETERAN patients (guarenteed to be paid from the VA) and have little to no intentions of providing caring.

The office staff in Cambridge, Ohio is the best. They are caring to the needs of the clients and make sure they are staffed properly. If you are looking for a company to do home health for family members they are the place to go. They are fast and get the necessary paperwork done so service can start when needed. Would recommend this company for anyone.

Out of all the agencies in this area, Your Home Court Advantage out of Cambridge is the best! This agency actually cares about both their employees and their clients! If you have a family member that needs home care, I would most definitely recommend them!
