The staff I met during my visit were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Loving the updates done to the building. The rooms were nice and spacious. Great atmosphere and welcoming.

We are so grateful to have found Heritage villas! We need to find a place for my mom within the matter of a few days… Emily was incredible and made us feel confident in the process and she was incredibly patient with the many questions and concerns we had. Jeremy the Nurse was caring and sympathetic! The environment there is inviting where residents can make friendships while also participating in activities that support their journey. Thank you!

We feel so lucky to have found Heritage Villas. The process of moving our grandmother in was very easy and the price was very reasonable. We met many of the caretakers and the director of nursing and were impressed with how genuinely caring each of them were. The villas, while not fancy, have all you need and feel very homey. Our grandmother enjoyed the food and the activities that were offered. We absolutely recommend Heritage Villas North Canton and cannot thank them enough for taking care of our grandmother with compassion and endless patience. They are all angels.

According to web site<br>3 meals a day prepared by chef.. no not really- try heat and heat- again- changed food service- food is worse than ever- small fold over w barely any tuna salad- if that was my plate I would have slung it back at your "chef" - thats an insult to chefs- they are not there... false advertising<br>Staff is not 24/7- we have gotten calls after hours that our mom needed help.. no one in site or they were sleeping .. better find another place-

I have been searching for a nursing home/assisted living for my father, I came across your website was very excited, thinking it would be as nice as the photos that were showing & In the description of it being like a home in setting. I’m over-the-top disappointed I met with a coordinator and took a tour , Soon as I walked in the villa, all you could smell was The smell of dirt … furniture was very outdated. Some was broken was not home looking like the photos at all , She showed me three of the bedrooms that were available first one walls were nasty broken blinds, closet door broken , Bathroom smell of urine second bedroom very small very dirty. Third bedroom Was filthy black was very dirty Furnace register was disgusting no closet doors furniture was awful Asked if they repaint and clean, she kinda laughed said she could ask I would be so embarrassed to show these and expect someone to come in and want to live there , I guess I just have higher standards for my loved one. They need to show the actual pictures on their website of what they really look like I would’ve not wasted my time looking at these very disappointed. I just can’t believe the state allows the lack of cleanliness It’s very sad.
