No one answers calls as far as the staff members in charge of billing and well any one that can help you with anything. The facility owes me money after a family member passed, been two months and still no check . Funny when you owe money they call , but when they owe you no one is available . Also handled the death of my family very poorly. To be honest not sure how they are still operating. Guess when things are paid for through Medicare this is what people get . So sad that our elderly don’t have better options . Do not recommend.

My husband spent 4 years being cared for by the team at Ybor City rehab. During his stay he received excellent care. The new social worker, Lindsey was phenomenal in assisting us with a smooth discharge once he was ready to transition back home with us. My husband had amazing CNA'S and Nurses while in the facility, Josette really cares for her patients. I am thankful for the team at YBOR, especially within the last year. The administrative staff changes have really turned the place around. I would recommend this new team at Ybor to anyone needing longterm or short term care. THANK YOU YBOR!

My dad is a veteran who lives at Ybor rehab. The building isn't the nicest, it is older, but the care he gets makes up for it. I would put him here over any other place. They know him and they genuinely care about him. If the care your family gets is what matters to you then this is your place. I tell everyone in my church about this place and how safe I feel with my dad there.

If you don't like your parents, send them there.... Conditions are deplorable. Three to four people per room with a shared bathroom between rooms. Which means there could be as many as 8 people sharing a single bathroom. Tried to get my mother transferred, but she had a medical emergency before we could get her transferred. Didn't know she had a serious medical emergency until I was contracted by the hospital. Facility never reached out to me. Once my mother recovered, I had her transferred to another facility. I went to the facility to pickup her belongings, but most of her clothes were missing along with other valuables. Including cash. I really didn't care about the cash missing. She really needed her glasses. Called the facility to find the glasses and was hung up on. Ybor city rehab is strictly for profit. They take little consideration about the health and well being of its residents. The staff are overwhelmed due to minimum staffing and therefore, have poor attitudes. I hope they get better, but they probably won't.
