I've worked for this company for 19 years! It truly is a company that put their clients and employees first! I hope to retire from here! Is it work...of course! But as a nurse in the Valley, it is so refreshing to know that your health and safety come before profit! Employee Owned, Client driven!

Highly disappointed..... this place needs better and more reliable workers my mother has not had a worker show up or they don't stay as long as their suppose to.

This company does not take proper steps to have relief employees in place. Some are working schedules you wouldn't believe out of pure compassion because they know that if they call off, nobody else is available to care for the client. Not a big deal at a grocery store. Totally a big deal when the consequences of insufficient staffing levels are clients going without meals or appropriate hygiene.
