I wish I could rate this place lower. This place was disgusting. There was bugs like roaches and nat flies. The service was awful. It is probably one of the worst nursing and rehab homes I've ever seen.\nThe patient that I was there for was Kenneth. He was hit by a truck and had very bad brain damage, so he can't move\n He is stuck in that bed. They will not change him whenever he goes to the bathroom. And when they do, it's about after 4 hours that they actually do change him, he hasn't gotten a bath in the time that he has been there, he has dead skin. Peeling off of him. His hair is disgusting and his hands are forming together like his thumb is in the middle of his hand because he's stuck in bed on both of his hands and because he's stuck in bed. Also, his head is shrinking into his neck because they won't stretch him or anything. He shares a room with another patient.Which is fine if everything worked in that room and it wasn't tiny. I know they have more empty rooms. I've seen it on our way there. Also, his TV didn't work. And they had the curtain. So he stuck in a dark room doing nothing he can't look outside, because he's on the inside of the wall, the other guy's TV works. The other guy's fan works, he the other guy has the window while Kenneth is stuck doing nothing but staring into space. The floor is sticky. The service is awful. We finally got Kenneth phone and since he is disabled. The nurses have to help with that.We called this place about 50 times in hung up on us every single time. They do nothing, and they don't want to do anything for us.They don't care about their patients and you want to know how I know that because even while we were there , they checked the blood pressure and it was it was high and it took them forever to finally get medicine for him. He was very hungry and it was his birthday and we brought him Reese's and coffee and he ate a all 10 of them and drank all of his coffee. I doubt that they feed them enough and nutritious food, he said he had a burrito and we're guessing it was a hot pocket for lunch that is not nutritious, and I get that. They might have a lot of patience, but that's unacceptable. This is a rehab center, not a place for people to die. It's just unacceptable the way they treated them and not just our patients.I feel bad for every single person in there. The people that have to take care of the patients do not care and they do not do their job correctly. Like I said, I wish I could rate this place in the negatives because it was so awful.

Do NOT I repeat DO not bring your family members here! staff do NOT CARE ABOUT THE ELDERLY people! They don’t take proper care of the elderly, and nothing seems to improve. The facility has roaches, the rooms have unpleasant odors, and overall conditions are very poor!!

Staffing isn't a thing.. meaning they're understaffed and questionable qualifications with current staff. Unprofessional and don't care about the elderly.
