Called this facility to get some basic information while shopping around for the best managed facility for my grandfather. The woman who answered the phone got very rude when I asked who the management company is (as I like to do my research, seeing how my grandfather needs the best care) , and she also refused to give her name. I ended up disconnecting the call because there is no way I would send my papa here after that encounter. I find it very frustrating that this facility is supposed to be for mentally ill patients and they have employees who treat first time callers like this! Imagine how she acts after she's comfortable! Unbelieveable!
