I was not very impressed with this facility. The actual therapy dept were awesome. A few of the nurses were good. There were very few nursing assistants that even came in my mom's room all day! She wasn't offered acwashclothe and towel in the morning to wash her face for the whole month she was there. They lost an outfit of hers . The social worker was supposed to contact me about compensating her for it. Crickets! The top was a gift from smokey mountains . The food was awful! I was there and her call light was on for an hour! I don't know how they have 5 star rating.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with this place. Grandma got placed in there for therapy. After two weeks she is back in the hospital for an infection and fluid in her lungs. She goes back to the nursing home, two weeks go by again and another infection. Both times they were sepsis. Come to find out she was not at all being provided the care she needed. She was not being taken to the restroom so she got a uti that turned sepsis. All in all, this place seems extremely understaffed or they really just suck that bad. I would not recommend putting your loved ones in this place. Put the greed to the side and pay their employees a fair wage so that these people can get the proper care that they need. I feel like my Nana would still be here if she had never of been taken to this place.
