I was a resident for 11 months. It was an absolute nightmare. Neglect and verbal abuse constantly. I had sepsis twice and CDif. Laid in my own waste night and day because I could not get up unassisted. Developed sores that became infected. Staff would not apply medications. Given wrong oral medications several times. Staff going outside behind building and getting high all the time. Call lights not answered. Malnutrition the whole time. I’m out and going to trauma therapy for incidents that occurred in there, Don’t go there for care! I had7 hospital visits during that time. Mercy ER doctors kept telling me to get out of there. It wasn’t safe.

Very disappounted as its part if the mwrcy healrh care all that my social worker cared about was payment I'm not nursing gone bound but it u stay here long enough u might become so um looking forward to veifhter horizons possibly in another state that offers transportation a for reasonable eates n is handicapped accessible those States are Tennessee new Mexico n Arizona st Louis is one beautiful city but I need more functional surroundings

My family was so impressed in the care of my mom. From the admission process to the rehab process, you could tell that each staff member cared, and treated my mom like she was their mom.

My father in law moved into The Woodlands recently in the LTC. He has had excellent care. All the staff from nursing to laundry to administration to Diatary have been kind and had met all of his needs. My family and I feel comfortable that he is in a safe place.
