I donated blankets to the residents that were greatly appreciated. However the supposed director was and is RUDE beyound belief. She said " this is NOT a care facility nor a nursing home we dont accept things like this". "Our residents are furnished with their own blankets and we dont need yours". I was and am floored that this takes place, also the RUDENESS of the supposed director who has no idea what is going on. The sign outside says care facility but the supposed director says there not. I really think there needs to be a massive meeting as to what they are and who is a director cuz the one acting like one is NO WAY MEANS POSSIBLE A DIRECTOR.

I donated 70 bags of Christmas presents to the residents and to staff had constant communication and then when It came time to drop them off all presents had my business card and no one sent any thank you or anything I followed up with the owner and she was clueless to anything she was a rude woman on the phone and lies when I had been in constant contact with her and told her everything I did ! I chose to take my hard earned money and bought things for the residents and chose not to have Christmas this year for myself ! Its sad that the owner is very very rude and cant even give a thank you card or anything ! Dont bring your loved ones here !

I am extremely upset. I have relative at woodcrest with dementia. They had staff on hand to keep them engaged and active, but they decided to fire the women doing that job because she is engaged in politics.<br><br>Is the owners disagreement over politics more important than my relatives well-being? This is disgraceful.
