This building is night and day different from some of the other places I've worked with! It actually feels like a warm cozy environment! And it truly feels like a family environment! I'm glad my loved one got to recover here! I wish I was better at names, but to all of you ladies you're incredible! Keep it up! And thank you!

The staff has been very friendly and helpfull, they actually get to know you! Its almost like a family setting! When hit the call button someone promtly arrives, and they will help no matter the size, id definetly recommend this place for people who need!

My sister has been a resident at Wisconsin Rapids Health Services Nursing Care and Rehabilitation since February 2026, and i am extremely satisfied with the care she is receiving, The staff consistently demonstrates a high level profession as well as compassion, patience, and understanding, not only towards the residents but also to families. The facility maintains excellent cleanliness standards, and the accommodations are well-appointed. I extend My sincere gratitude for the exceptional caretaker staff has provided to my sister. My stay here at wisconsin rapids health services have been the best stay i ever had in a nursing home. All cna, LPNs, and RNs and all staff were all fun to be with. If I could I would give them a 10 star review.
