I called in a crisis and needed someone to talk to. Instead I was asked why I’m even up at 12:30am……..I had woken up in a panic. Then she asked me she’s supposed to do?? I said I need someone to talk to. She said she only has ten minutes. This phone call made more suicidal than I was previously. Thanks lady

I called today by recommendation of the Human Services building, and they need to hire people with actual psychology background and crisis training. All the woman I spoke with did was interrupt me, yell at me, and tell me they weren't going to help me. All I was doing was asking questions about their services. One of my questions was if there was a physical crisis center. She said "no," and I looked it up after, and that was a lie. I literally have on recording (I record all my phone calls) how she treated me and I hope someone monitors these calls because the woman I spoke with desperately needs to be retrained or ideally fired for obscene incompetence and gross unprofessionalism.
