Very unprofessional. They never answer their phones and when asking about purchasing homes they were pushing their own personal properties then other owned properties that were cheaper in price which I felt alarming due to the fact that my funds were $50,000 and there was a property for $40,000 and they wouldn’t even show me the property indicating the home owner lived on the property and wouldn’t show it because the owner was home. The home that was under that amount they wouldn’t show it to me and told me that they could get me approved for $180,000 which was their own personal property when I found one there for $50,000 on Windjammer dr. A cute little yellow home on Windjammer drive listed for under $50,000
