Our Mother was recently in need of rehabilitation for a broken bone. We were nervous about how she would do in a facility and we were hoping she would be well taken care of. We were NOT disappointed. From the moment we arrived, everyone went to great lengths to make sure that she was well accommodated. It is the people that make the difference at Windsor!! Dee, Bertha, Melissa, Derline, Pamela, Lisa, Amy, Kristen, Letti, Delia, Sunny, Gabe, Jessie Mae, and the list goes on and on. People that genuinely cared for and ABOUT our mother. Thank you. My mother had to spend time here for re-hab and the staff was very compassionate and loving towards her care and concerns for healing, everyone was very involved and communicated with our family on everything.

Great facility! The staff treats their residents like family. I have never gone in without being greeted by someone with a smile. The residents always look happy and entertained. Would highly recommend. Your loved one will definitely be treated with exceptional care.

The entire staff at Windsor Nursing & Rehabilitation were most accommodating and very helpful. They were kind to my husband during his stay. Everyone answered my questions and made me comfortable during what was a difficult period for our family.

Windsor N & R is the book that should not be judged by its cover. The facility has a simple look to it but has a cozy home like atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. Staff can be very helpful at all time and are never to busy for you. They are willing and ready to answer any questions you may have or willing to assist you in finding the answers your looking for. The residents are truly at home here. Through out the day the residents will be out visiting one another or staff members. Everyone is respectful to one another and coexist like family can. The rehabilitation center not only helps heal the body but also the therapist are very encouraging and uplifting to the residents spirits. The activities director keeps the residents busy and entertained. Our social worker is always ready and available for any special needs that need to be addressed. I truly recommend to take the time to visit and compare for yourself the different facilities here in Seguin. When the time comes to make the choice to find the right place for the love ones that need that extra around the clock care; just stepping into Windsor you can sense that welcome home feeling.
