I'm profoundly grateful to Naomi, Sebi, and everyone at Willows Senior Care. My mother spent her final three years in this beautiful and airy home, dealing with advanced dementia and serious physical challenges. Their care and the environment for Mom was wonderful.<br><br>Naomi and Sebi set a tone of warmth and kindness that their entire team follows. They didn’t just care for Mom—they embraced her. Even on her most difficult days, they were patient, gentle, and respectful and demonstrated a rare good humor.<br><br>The facility itself is terrific: modern, impeccably clean, elegant, inviting. Mom had her own private room, bathroom and a large window with a view onto a little garden.<br><br>There were so many thoughtful details:<br><br>Meals prepared exactly how Mom liked them, accommodating her dietary needs.<br><br>A caring staff always attentive to her comfort and emotional well-being.<br><br>Frequent live music performances, which she loved.<br><br>It wasn’t just care—it felt like family. Visiting was always a pleasure because the staff made me feel welcomed. The care and compassion they showed my father during his final years were truly exceptional.<br><br>When it became too difficult and dangerous for Dad to live in his home after a stroke, which resulted in unsteadiness and increased dementia, I knew we needed a special place for him. Willows Senior Care turned out to be the perfect fit. Dad felt happy and relaxed in their warm and inviting environment for 20 months.<br><br>The owners, Naomi and Sebi, are more than just caregivers; they're kind, patient, and attentive, treating each resident with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff follows suit, providing exceptional care that's tailored to individual needs. They were incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and Naomi was always quick to address them. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about Dad while he was there.<br><br>The beautiful, custom-built home itself deserves mention. It's modern, impeccably clean, and offers a spacious common area for residents to socialize. Each of the six residents has their own private room. This adult family home is the best of both worlds.The warmth and familiarity of a home with professional caregiving provided. Only 6 residents, which allows each person to become acquainted not only with their assigned caregivers, but also with the other residents. Modern space and compassionate care.<br>As a nurse, I would not ask for anything more, in a home where I would want to place a family member.
