I am so incredibly grateful for the wonderful care my grandmother receives at Willowbrook Healthcare! Moving a grandparent into long term care was a difficult decision, but the compassionate staff has given our whole family such peace of mind. They have shown my grandmother love, patience and warmth during this transition. I highly recommend this facility!

Absolutely outrageous. Am so angry. They took all of my aunts things out of her room her purse bible everything. Then had the nerve to say it was cluttered. This is outrageous. It took my family getting hateful to get her things brought back and when they did her purse was dumped out. She had things that were broken and the worst part is they didn't even have the nerve to say sorry or anything. Had my aunt in tears. Am highly upset. Was thinking of making donations but not now knowing that's how they treat a resident
