The Bluegrass Care Navigators team took incredible care of a close family friend. This individual had an extremely tough diagnosis that ultimately took over their body. Once the call to hospice was made, the team had equipment/supplies to the family as soon as they possibly could and the care team worked together seamlessly to provide the care that was needed for this individual to pass peacefully and with dignity in their home with close family and friends present. It takes special people to work in hospice care. They're truly angels.

I cannot begin to say enough about the staff with Bluegrass Care Navigators. ( They are formally Hospice of Bluegrass). My mom went into stage V kidney failure on June 13th. After much discussions with her doctors, my mother did not want to do any dialysis, so we needed to keep her comfortable at home. We contacted two at home agencies, one of which called ten days later... Care Navigators called the same day and came out at our convenience to discuss the care that would be needed for my mom. They were professional from the beginning of the process through the passing of my mom. It was a privilege to keep my mother home with us but we could NOT have achieved this without the help of the Care Navigators. My mom went on to Heaven on July 5th, but the follow up from Care Navigators has been overwhelming. They called to see how we are all doing and how my dad is coping. I would definitely call them.
