This place should be condemned. There’s no employees and nothing but needy patience very very sad management. I would not board my dog here.

The Director of the facility is a joke, and the positions they have available for employment, wont be filled until a NEW Facility Director is gotten. 0☆'s! Horribly maintained & kept.

This place deserves zero stars. The other posters must be staff or related to the staff because this place is horrible. It’s filthy, starting with the front door glass early in the morning. The “public” rest rooms are gross and they sometimes let the residents use them. One day I asked an employee to help my friend. She asked, “What kind of help?” The turnover of help here is huge because they don’t pay well. Private pay is $8200/month. Physical therapy is non-existent and the food sucks. I’d never allow anyone I know to stay here.

Some of the care givers are wonderful. Some don’t want to be interrupted. The administration is terrible! No one is ever there or available. No one returns phone calls. Concerns regarding care are usually addressed, but admin concerns are ignored. Rooms are changing from single to double occupancy which is going to be a challenge with our mother having dementia.

My dad has been a resident of Willow Tree for a few years. The staff is amazing and make sure that I am aware of everything going on with him. Amber, the social worker, is absolutely amazing! She has helped my dad with getting services that he would not have been able to get on his own. The times that I have been in to visit, the facility is clean and well organized. They truly care about my dad and I am glad that he is here!
