I’d like to give my take on Willow Bay.<br>This was recommended by my mother’s health care agent and I’m glad she did.<br>They have been very easy to work with in every way. The management is very helpful and caring and I’m truly blessed as well is my mother. She has been there for many years and it’s been a pleasure.<br>No place is perfect when it’s your mom but willow Bay has been very receptive to my mom’s needs and works with me very well.<br>Willow Bay has made the best of my moms bad situation.

It's so difficult these days to find a place where they truly CARE about their residents. I am so thankful to God who brought me to Willow Bay because my Mom has a home where my heart can rest knowing she is there. :-)

Willow Bay managed to keep all of their residents and staff safe during Covid until August. That's almost 7 months. I know there is a review below this one rating the facility poorly due to Covid, however I want to offer a different view.<br><br>At least three weeks prior to the governor's lock-down mandate, Willow Bay did just that. They stopped all outings for residents and visitors. The only times residents were allowed to leave the facility was for doctor appointments. That is what caused the outbreak. One of the residents caught Covid during their visit to the doctor. The staff at Willow Bay were able to contain it to only 5 other residents.<br><br>My mother was one of those residents, and as a consequence, she died. AND I'M STILL GIVING A 5 STAR RATING TO WILLOW BAY!<br><br>PS<br>TENNESSEE
