Great place my mother loves it. Dyanna and all the staff were very helpful an made my mother transition very easy and pleasant me an my family are very pleased we chose the villages and would tell anyone who is looking for a clean, nice an comfortable place for there adult love one to choose The Vilages of Deerfield Beach.

After looking at many AL & Memory Care Facilities this was by far the best value for money, the staff are incredible from reception, carers to sales & directors.<br>Jim & his team made my Mums transition seamless and the facility is immaculate.<br>The activities are great and residents have an extensive calendar of them at all levels.<br>Highly recommend.<br><br>Chris & Jane Cantrill

After 10 years as primary caregiver for my mother I made the decision to move her to assisted living. I toured many in the area and made the decision to move her in to The Village of DB. It just felt right from the first time I walked through the front door. It is bright, many sitting areas inside and patios outside. They have numerous activities, live music, celebrations for every holiday. Very nicely decorated and a varied healthy selection on the menu which changes every day. At the front desk Ms T has a huge smile to greet you and is always helpful. Jim the executive director addressed a concern I had the first time I met him. Excellent gentleman. Diana gave us the tour and explained the process and made it happen quickly. Andrea of housekeeping is always smiling, helpful, and a nice person. Francie the activity director has always got some entertainment planned and always so generous and helpful. Eddie head of maintenance makes things happen and always there to help with anything. Cindy director of memory care is very hands on with the residents and a really nice person as well. Shayna activity director in memory care has , games, music, movies, projects, and always cooking up something delicious and fun. She has a lot of energy. Valeen has a personality as big as her glasses. Diamond, Hurly, and all the others are very good and patient. The nursing department always keep me updated and are very good at what they do. Last point this facility is recently under new ownership/name. Loni the owner is onsite and accessible. I have seen positive changes since the new ownership and look forward to future improvements as well. My apologies to anyone I omitted. My mom is well cared for and for the first time in 10 years I can sleep at night.

My father-in-law resided here and I cannot say enough about the kindness and compassion they showed him even on his toughest days. I would randomly visit several days a week and always found the common area and his room to be clean and well-staffed. The nursing staff went well above and beyond to meet his needs. He never wanted for anything. As his health failed, I would get calls to inform me of medication changes and doctor visit notes. I knew I could sleep easy knowing they would call me if there was anything I needed to know. There were days I personally felt at the end of my rope as a caregiver, and I didn’t expect that I would also find compassion and words of wisdom and advice to help me through some of those tough days. The professionalism, medical care, kindness, and constant support give me reason to confidently give them the highest rating possible. When you take a tour, what you see is what is real. There are no fake pretenses. I was on several tours of other places and looks can be deceiving.
