So far I am not at all impressed with this place. My mom has 4 fractures and is 83. The have not been giving her her pain meds as they are suppose to, and when she asks for them they conveniently forget. I have to go in and go to the nurses station and get them to give them to her. They haven’t followed thru with getting her a phone or a remote for her tv. I have been trying to call and see how she is. When they transfer me back to the nurse’s station they say let me transfer you to that department and either get hung up on or they just done answer.

This home was great with my mom. I have no complaints and the everyone is so nice. I have had her in a couple other places and did not like them at all. William Penn was great, alot of food, therapist was great with her too. Thank you william penn for everything you did.

I was given a wonderful tour. However, no one would return my multiple calls when told they would not accept my sister. I just wanted an explanation that could have been helpful in moving forward. I just think it was very inconsiderate that admissions would not return my phone call after multiple requests.
