When it was time to consider to put my mom in a memory care facility, my dad and I visited a few places and did our research and this was the only place that felt right. There are lots of activities and as we walked around for the tour, there wasn’t a single patient sitting by themselves in a corner. There are lots of care partners all over the place (5 to 1 ratio) It’s recently taken over by new management. My mom has been there for about two months and we could not be happier. The level of care is nothing less than phenomenal. There’s constant activities. Yes it is a period of adjustment but the activities director Trace is nothing less than phenomenal and the Med Techs Alexia and Dylan are so on top of her meds and when she needs to take them, Emery and Alexa and Leslie, the care partners are amazing. We could not be happier with the choice that we made with this facility. we have the choice if we want to take her out for the day we can if we want to take her home for the night and if something goes wrong, they will come get her. There’s outdoor activities. There’s a beautiful courtyard. The rooms are spacious. There’s private bathrooms, absolutely top-notch, and by far the best memory care facility we had seen.

I recently made the difficult decision to move my father into memory/assisted living. I decided that Willamette Springs Memory Care was the best place for him. I first spoke with the Executive Director and she was very helpful, explaining the level of care offered, costs, safety concerns, etc. I had so many questions that she answered clearly and thoroughly helping me to know I was making an informed decision.<br>Since moving dad in I have been very pleased with the care and compassion of all the staff at Willamette Springs. While he is still adjusting to his new home I feel confident everyone there is helping him be the best that he can be!

Willamette Springs has made so many positive changes to provide amazing care to their residents and families! The staff are very committed to ensuring each resident is treated with dignity and respect and providing exceptional care to each one. Staff is friendly, engaging, and professional. The building has undergone some beautiful changes! This is a very well managed Memory Care that is committed to providing quality care to enhance quality of life. Thank you for being so compassionate!
