In Spring of 2025, I lived at Stoneybrook Lodge for 3 months. I was struggling with several health issues and I'd been dizzy every day for 6 years. I'd hoped that living at Stoneybrook might heal my dizziness, but I was sorry to find it did not.

However, overall my mood and health did improve, due to the warm environment, kind residents, good food, and warm swimming pool.

Paul Humphfill was so very helpful to me. He got me into a
great Studio Apt., and I enjoyed spending time with other residents. A real highlight for me was the Bingo Games, three
times per week. I even won several times!

Now that I've been back in my large, two-story home for nearly
a year, both my husband and I are finding our home too much to
manage, what with 2700 sq.ft., a large garden, and a separate
Studio Apt.! We are now BOTH ready to move out to Stoneybrook
together. Paul found us a one Bedroom Unit, with two full Baths.
We look forward to living out there, knowing that I will not have
to prepare any meals. Somewhere along my path of aging, I've lost my former love of cooking, so I am excited to have my meals be nutritious and caringly prepared. I'm quite sure that Stoneybrook Lodge will provide us with more peace and joy than we have enjoyed so far!
~Carolyn Simmons
Corvallis
