The Visiting Angels helped us through a very rough time when my mom was in assisted living and needed more care than they could provide. They were kind and patient with her while we worked out her medications. She was able to stay in assisted living a few more years due to them. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Visiting Angels in Albany when we needed temporary home care help because of a friend’s very positive experience.<br>Everyone from owners, Mark and Jessica Wang, case managers, nurses and the care givers we dealt with were wonderful.<br><br>A very nice feature is their initial “meet and greet” between the care giver and recipient, to make sure it’s a good fit for both. This was facilitated by a case manager. They take time to accommodate your individual needs and time frame. Their pricing and billing is fair and transparent. I can also now highly recommend them. They are a trustworthy and genuinely caring group of people.<br>Thanks to you all!

Visiting Angels, like the name says, they are angels. All the staff are so helpful and compassionate. Heather, our angel, has been most helpful with my dad. She just gets it. My dad loves her! She also taught me a lot, and we constantly shared information, and knowledge about how to best take care of my dad. She also taught me how to use the hoyer lift. She is a gem!

We feel so blessed with our Angel, Heather. She cares for our dad, Dave who has been progressing with his Alzheimer’s and her continued care and support has been instrumental in the ability for us to keep him in his home for awhile longer. She goes above and beyond and even created little stickers of my dad and my dog for the fridge. He has not been an easy recipient of her care so we are grateful for her understanding and kind heart. Thank you for being our angel.
