Wildwood Regency House

Wildwood Regency House is an apartment community for active adults 55 and over located in Marshfield, Wisconsin, situated next to Wildwood Park and steps from downtown.

The community features 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments across three floors, offered in 10 different floor plans with views of either the park or the city. Residents have access to underground parking and storage lockers for an additional fee.
