This place is the most unprofessional and careless facility. They honestly killed my grandfather due to negligence . 4 falls (unsupervised) urine bag continuously full to the point of bursting, black stool, left very sick, and not following protocols. They were my nightmare! He was taken to the hospital 4 times via emergency in his 5 month stay. He came in with a bummed knee and needed therapy and this is how he died. From a fall and blow to his head. I spoke to ever supervisor, medical director, and charge nurse before his finally fall to his death and they did nothing. They didn’t follow protocols and when I questioned it, I was asked if I had experience in the medical field.....damn straight I do! They are so wrong. And sadly no one knows about how their loved one is being treated there because they either have no visits from them or perhaps are too far and can only visit for a few. I was there several times a week and what I would see would make you absolutely sick. And then we wonder why this facility has no cameras? So they can be lazy, not follow protocols and leave patients to fall without it being on video. Oh yeah, and they took his money after he died from his drawl I would leave there for him to buy snacks from the vending machines and for him to still feel like he can buy items when he wants. SICK SICK PLACE! Stay Away! Their disgusting and not trained properly at all! My grandpa had a voice unlike many there. I can only image what those poor veterans are going through on a daily basis. Do your homework people and find a better place! This one is a negative! If you’d like to see pictures, please let me know. It won’t let me post pictures, but I have many showing how poor treatment of care was and what I’m stating is the truth.
