White Rock Senior Living Community

White Rock Senior Living Community is a 55+ independent senior living community located in Bow, New Hampshire. The community offers residents an affordable living option with maintenance-free living and optional amenities that allow residents to age gracefully while remaining independent. Everything at White Rock is optional, enabling residents to select services that fit their personal budget and needs.

The community features two residence buildings—the Cliff House (built in 2002) and the Granite House (built in 2004)—totaling 156 apartments, as well as 40 independently owned cottages. One or two-bedroom apartments include open floor plans with kitchens equipped with white GE appliances, living and dining areas, and spacious bathrooms. Individual units feature maple cabinets, breakfast bars in some units, and individually controlled heat. Laundry facilities are available on each floor, with storage lockers and air conditioning available for an additional fee. Optional upgrades include tub-to-shower conversions, microwaves, new lighting, counters, and appliances.

Residents enjoy optional communal dining with lunch served twice weekly in the welcoming dining room at the Cliff House, monthly parties, and daily activities. The community offers spacious gathering spaces including a common living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a screened-in porch, and a recreation room for puzzles, games, and socializing. The property sits atop a hill providing beautiful vistas and abundant sunlight.

Located just off Bow Center Road, White Rock is conveniently situated a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, emergency services, and just a mile from the intersection of Interstate 89 and 93. Bus transportation is available weekly through Concord Area Transit. The neighborhood offers easy access to regional highways and essential services.

The cottages at White Rock are independently owned townhome-style residences for seniors 55 and older. All cottage residents have access to optional services within the larger residence buildings and are encouraged to participate in community parties, gatherings, and meals. Some cottages are available for rent on a case-by-case basis with individually determined pricing and lease terms.
