Jamie in the office is amazing! She is always in a good mood, smiling, and very helpful! She knows how to take control and stay on top of things around the building while still keeping a positive and respectful mood. The building is clean, safe, and organized. They also put together events like the BBQ they just had which is a great opportunity for my dad (a resident) to have something fun to do in a safe environment! Behind the building is a beautiful view you can easily walk to that my dad and I enjoy. At the front of the building they have chairs and tables so I can get my dad out for some fresh air.

My Dad has been here for just over a year now and he's doing amazing! The food is fantastic, Pam the activity director is absolutely wonderful. The staff and manager Bill, take excellent care of my Dad and the residents. My Dad is so happy, he socializes with many residents, plays cards, bingo and is doing just wonderful since moving into White Pine. I highly recommend White Pine. The staff is so caring and attentive to the residents who live here!

So glad my dad is out of this facility. He almost didn’t survive it.<br>The guy who runs this place is in the wrong line of work. We had one conversation in the months my dad was there. I couldn’t get a return call from anyone there actually.<br>I went to see my dad on Thanksgiving it had been about a month since I’d seen him last and my dads got at least 10 staples in it he is bruised all over his body i immediately ask staff who “begin to tell me” my dad was in the ICU and had fallen out of a second story window. When a male nurse walked up and told them to shut up and proceed to tell me I’d need to contact the property manager<br>To say I was angry is an understatement<br>There was times I walked up to the main door and heard elder people calling out for help from rooms<br>The building smells like piss not just a little like may be present in a facility but like they’ve never cleaned it properly<br>The seats on the 2nd floor tv area were piss stained and two gentleman sitting with wet pants on now wet chair who knows how long they’d say in it<br>Now on to the room my dads room was dirty in every way the bathroom was disgusting and every time we went we had to bring the cups out of the room that had been sitting long enough to be dried mold<br>Now onto his belongings we purchased my dad a memory phone specifically for him and his needs<br>The $700 phone disappeared and was never returned to us his bedding a handmade star quilt was $500 was not in his stuff when he was moved<br>My dad was in 3 facility’s at this point and only because his needs grew and changed this was by far the worst experience it was hard for us but he’ll for my dad<br>Do not put your loved ones here

My mom was at white Pines for just over two years, and was well taken care of. The staff are very caring and attentive to the residents, and supportive to family.<br>When my mom passed, Jamie and a hospice nurse came right away and were very sympathetic and caring.<br>I miss visiting every week, you definitely get to know the staff and residents. I would definitely recommend White Pines Advanced Memory Care.

The staff at White Pines Advanced Memory Care are compassionate, patient, and attentive. The environment is safe and welcoming, and the caregivers treat the residents with dignity and kindness. Our family truly appreciates the great communication and care they provide each day. We are especially grateful for Jamie’s leadership, her many years of service clearly reflect how deeply she cares about the residents and their well being.
