My parents stayed at Rosemar for a relatively short time due to their unexpected deaths. Mom passed 1 1/2 months after moving in and Dad passed 3 months after moving in. The caregivers were wonder. Caring and attentive. The house was very clean and well cared for. My parents’ needs grew quickly after moving in and their needs were met without issue.

White Oak was a loving and caring home environment close to me in Ellicott City. Mom lived out her final 18 months with great personal and medical care and attention. Owner and a staff member even attended mom’s funeral. Great place.

We are very pleased with the care and compassion our family member receives at White Oak Villages. From the start Catherine, the Owner, has been extremely responsive and considerate to our loved one’s care and comfort. The hands on care provided by Martin is exceptional. We are also grateful for the great care provided by Esther and Sierra. If you are searching for an Assisted Living in Howard County, I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for an intimate, home setting that offers very compassionate personal care and attention.

My mother-in-law lived at White Oak Villages Normandy Assisted Living Facility for over three years when she passed at age 97. She loved the meals prepared by the aides! She ate well, enjoyed short assisted walks outside, slept well, and was in good physical health until her end from an unresolvable brain issue. There is a great room that has large windows with a view of trees and sky. She enjoyed sitting there where she could look outside, or alternatively, watch classic television programs that she watched in her young adult years. Catherine and the aides loved her and cared for her wonderfully.

I am so happy I found White Oak Villages. My mom lived her for 6 years. I did not want to put her in a "nursing home" and this is not that. Although they provide all of the services you want for your loved one, you don't feel like you are in a clinical setting. It's a beautiful home with stunning yard. The interior of the house is warm and inviting. Catherine and the exceptional staff create a family-like atmosphere and provide the best care for your loved one. I never had to worry or lose sleeping knowing my mom was there. She was in the best hands and I'm grateful her final years were spent in such a special place with people who loved her.
