I would not risk my mother being anywhere else! The foundation behind this home has absolutely paid off. The staff are wonderful, caring, and have an incredible work ethic. They care!!!

My family and I can’t say thank you enough for the great care that you gave our Dad, Mr. Rose, in rehab. Every day, I came to see him, and every day he was treated well, I was always greeted, he was always clean and cared for, and the staff worked extra hard to help him get his strength back so he could go home safely after back to back infections. Special thanks to Ms. Pinnix for treating him and me like family! If we ever need rehab again, I would definitely love for him to come back there! Thank you so much!

My mom passed away recently and spent the last 8-9 months of her life bed-bound. She was in a private room on the rehab hall and we were very pleased with her care. Although it is one of the older facilities we toured, it was the cleanest and had the nicest staff. They were extremely attentive but the ones that were the absolute best that we worked with were both of the Crystals, Christine, and her CNAs Keisha and Bianca. There was one nurse that was very rude and impatient with my mom named Carolyn. I addressed the issues we had with her and it was immediately handled. These ladies treated us and my mom like family. When she passed two of her favorites (Keisha and Crystal) came to her visitation. Her A team of caregivers were absolute saints and have an incredibly hard job! Thank you for taking such great care of my mom. She was always clean and so was her room. She also loved the food! I truly believe living here extended her life and gave us more time with her. We will miss you all! ❤️

This is my second trip here for re-hab. The place is clean, no odors. I have my mental alertness, and I’m pleased with care. The food is better than I thought it would be , nursing is very responsive. Therapists are committed, caring. I am not easy, but I’m grateful to be here. My family is pleased as well.💕

DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE. I cannot believe a facility can get away with the things this home did. Left my mom soiled for hours. And then didn't even fully clean her. Room was always dirty. Broken equipment. Management did nothing about our complaints and then turned it around saying we were too aggressive. While my dad was out of town, they kicked my mom out by dropping her at the hospital and leaving her there unattended in the waiting room for hours!!! My mother is mentally impaired, cannot walk, and can barely talk and they left her by herself! Then said she wasn't allowed to come back! I have never dealt with such cruelty. Stay far away from this awful place!
