About Springview Assisted Living

Springview Assisted Living provides personalized senior living, assisted living, and memory care services in Burlington and Graham, North Carolina. The community operates five small private facilities, each with 12 beds, designed as a comfortable alternative to large institutional settings that help seniors maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Springview offers assisted living and memory care for residents who need support but do not require skilled nursing care. Services include medication management, meals, housekeeping, personal care assistance, activities, and 24-hour staff support. The community specializes in memory care for residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive conditions, as well as those with traumatic brain injuries, high-functioning autism, mild intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, and other cognitive diagnoses.

The facilities maintain a 1:12 staff-to-resident ratio, enabling staff members to know each resident's routines, preferences, and family circumstances, creating a home-like environment. The smaller scale means less staff rotation compared to many larger facilities. Memory care residents benefit from a discreet wearable system designed to protect against elopement risk.

Springview communities are suitable for mobile residents who use walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. The facilities are licensed in North Carolina and designed to promote independence while providing a safe environment. Several Springview communities offer Medicaid options for eligible residents.

Families throughout Burlington, Graham, Elon, Mebane, Haw River, and Alamance County choose Springview for its intentionally smaller communities that provide personalized assistance, social engagement, nutritious meals, housekeeping, and support tailored to individual needs.

My husband was a patient at Springview Memory Care until he lost the ability to stand or walk. As soon as a skilled nursing facility in the area had space, he was transferred there, that decision having been made by Springview 2 weeks before the transfer. The initial assessment at the SNF the day he arrived revealed 13 bed sores, 2 of which are going to require surgery. I was told by Springview prior to the transfer that he had 2 bed sores that were healing nicely and a 3rd that had recently appeared. I was lied to and DSS was notified with an official complaint. Had Covid 19 not prevented me from seeing my husband unclothed, I would have gotten him out of Springview much sooner due to the obvious neglect.

My mother stayed at the Graham location & they were wonderful! Little concern about neighborhood but no problems at all. Would highly recommend Springview when your parents need extra care!
