Do not leave your loved ones here! Patients with Alzheimer’s are being left alone to roam and even forgotten in bathrooms. Other patients were also found in wheelchairs lost in the sidewalk parking lots. They also encourage them to create habits what weren’t there before instead of being dependent. This place should investigated asap.

No good food provided to the patients. All food looks gross and alot of patients do not want to eat it. As well some of the CNA are rude or not helpful. Some of the items in the rooms are broken not repair. Some rooms need new painting and bathrooms toilets are yellow from the inside and have a bad smell. This center need updated renovation. Some of the nurses are not friendly. The tvs in the room don’t work properly

My name is Adrian Ross, I'm a patient here at white blossom care center. I've had the pleasure on many occasions to work with Anna Ramirez, She always comes to my room laughing and joking while getting her job done with physical therapy. I appreciate her because she always gets me feeling better.
