We have found the perfect place for our mom. We were taking by surprise by the need for a sudden move! Our 93 year old mom was having a very difficult time the the process. we visited several facilities and then we walked into Whitby Pointe Senior Living facility.<br><br>WOW!!! So wonderful! So personable! So friendly! So efficient and professional! We were looking for a one story facility, a smaller facility without going with a group home. We found everything at Whitby Pointe!!<br><br>From the first meeting, through the move in process and 30 days later we have been so pleased. The staff, and I mean all the staff, are wonderful. They have taken mom into their family atmosphere. She is not just a resident but a member of the community. The staff acknowledges her independence and partners with her for her care. She is engaged and comfortable.<br><br>Her apartment has lots of room! We were able to bring her "treasures " and create a home not just a place to live.<br><br>Thank you to all the staff.

Our family had a truly positive experience with Whitby Pointe during a very difficult and unexpected time. When my mother had to be moved quickly after her previous facility closed, the team at Whitby stepped in and provided stability, compassion, and immediate support when we needed it most. The staff consistently treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, and that meant everything to our family. It was clear that they genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and safe. We are especially grateful for the leadership team, especially Nycole Wohleking, who worked with us on pricing and did everything they could to help accommodate our situation. That level of understanding and flexibility does not go unnoticed. We are incredibly thankful for everything Whitby Pointe has done for our mother and our family, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and supportive assisted living community.

The staff consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for their residents, and the facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. It’s clear they take great pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone who lives and works there.<br><br>I always enjoy going there!!
