It doesn't matter how often the name changes or how they "try" to "clean it up." To the people that actually grew up and live here full time, it will always be Nassau trailer park. I mean that in every sense of the word. The roads are tight to maneuver if there is another vehicle coming the other way. You also need to watch out for children who step out in front of you and / or try to cut you off with their bikes and all sorts of other nonsense. Some places had trash piled up and ripped screens, which made me wonder if anyone actually lives there. The management staff or manager, whoever he was, came off very egotistical, almost tyrannical, about who he allows to buy and sell their homes inside the park. My advice would be to use caution. Everyone at any time can have a bad day, but this was over the top attitude even for me.
