Liz is wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the homes. I continually asked her questions by text and emails. She kept me up to date when there were new homes available. We eventually purchased a home that had been built for someone else. Liz is the kind of agent everyone wants to deal with. Always has your interests as her high priority. Thank you Liz for caring.

Had the pleasure of working with Rob while buying our new home in Scenic Harbor, and I can’t recommend him enough. From day one, he was open, honest, and genuinely easy to work with no pressure, no 'urgent sign now' sales tactics, just steady guidance. As we figured out where we actually wanted to retire (which changed more than once), Rob stayed patient, kept us informed, and never rushed us into decisions. He made the whole process feel a lot less stressful, and even enjoyable at times, which is saying something when buying a house. We continue to see Rob in the sales office and stop in and just talk about things - community, boating, cars, whatever, often. If you’re looking for someone who will keep you in the loop, respect your pace, and still get the job done, Rob’s your guy. And we have been Scenic Harbor residents since September 2025 and the entire team from sales to construction (shout out to Joe and John) to warranty have exceeded expectations.

It's been a great experience working with Rob Wolhar at Scenic Harbor. He's made the whole process of buying a new home easy. We found him to be honest and he never tried to pressure us at any point during our decision making process. Rob is very knowledgeable and kept us well informed throughout.

It has been a pleasure building a new home at K Hovnanian's Scenic Harbor community in Lewes De. Not only are the floorplans and finishing options top notch and stylish, the clubhouse and location are just elegant and convenient. While we are moving only a half hour away from where we currently live, it is as the saying goes: location, location, location! The sales team and project managers actually listen to your wants, questions, concerns and recommendations and make the process easy as possible. A shout out to Elizabeth Rogers, Joe Belko and John Iradi. The weekly updates including pictures on the progress of the build are invaluable to the buyer and takes the stress out of what stage the construction process is at. Looking forward to move in day but enjoying the process along the way.

I give K. Hovanian's Four Season at Scenic Harbor 5 star rating because of the excellent service and very supporting staff associated with my new home purchase. They made the transition very easy. We closed in less than a month and that included financing. The 55+ community is outstanding with activities posted daily. This is my last house purchase and what a way to retire. AAA+++ community!
