this nursing home is absolutely disgusting they don’t clean the rooms from past residents the whole facility reeks of urine it’s depressing i am a CNA and had to put my dad here for a little and we took him out as fast as we could no facility should be like this even some of the new nurses told me that they have never seen a facility this bad the smell of urine is from the staff not changing the residents the baths and showers are not clean they leave poop in the shower room on towels there is hair in the bath which shows that they don’t clean those either i cannot stress how bad this nursing home is so if you are thinking abt taking your family member here DONT

My Grandpa was placed in the long term care at this nursing home. The staff was phenomenal. They were a wonderful blessing to our family. My Grandpa got wonderful care.

This is more like a prison than a nursing home. The staff are childish and lazy and its obvious they don't care for the residents. The facilities are grossly disgusting and filthy. If you love you relatives please don't take them to wheat State Manor!

This is a great nursing home. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. They have good activities like fishing and zoo trips. I have a family member there for over a year. He wanted to go to a movie and a staff member took him. The food is good too
