I lived in the South complex for 4 years. I recently moved to the north complex. I love it. It well kept. The south building, not so much. Naome and Tim are awesome!!👍

Secure elderly people who live in apartments 3 floors game room TV room kitchenette area spend with family or birthday get together nicely decorated and no smells

An original resident of WRTC Apts, South Building for 12 yrs. It was well maintained by the original owner, Tyler Downs. There has been a gradual decline in property management and maintenance since the take over by Ross-Envolve.<br>Air ducts have never been cleaned. A/C Filters are changed only upon request. Carpet stains remain in elevators and hallways from so many dogs. Outside windows have stopped being cleaned for years. Parking lot is no longer repaired or re-striped annually. Trees cover apartment windows and are not trimmed. Management memos are mostly ignored by residents. There seems to be no consequence for breaking rules.<br>Management is mostly absent. Availability to speak to management is limited to one or two days a week. The rest of the time their doors are closed with blinds drawn.<br>Recommend trying other senior apartments before settling for Wheat Ridge Town Center Apts.
