Our family had a wonderful experience with Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. My loved one was admitted for skilled care through the OrthoWin program, and the level of nursing and therapy support exceeded our expectations. The staff worked as a true team and provided focused, individualized care that helped with a smooth and successful recovery. What stood out most was the leadership. Both the Administrator and the Director of Nursing were present, engaged, and clearly committed to high standards of care. That involvement made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind as a family. The facility is very clean, bright, and well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the building is positive and uplifting. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Westmoreland is a place where residents are treated with respect and families feel welcomed and informed. I would confidently recommend this center to anyone needing skilled rehabilitation services.

I can’t say enough great things about Alexis. She was the perfect balance of professionalism and genuine care from start to finish. Every detail was handled with precision, and she always made sure we felt informed and supported. What truly stood out was her compassion. She treated us with such kindness and patience, taking the time to listen and reassure us whenever we needed it. She especially made my wife feel completely at ease—both in her mind and in her heart—which meant more to me than I can put into words. Our family had a great experience at Westmoreland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. My loved one was admitted for skilled care through the OrthoWin program, and the nursing and therapy teams provided excellent, individualized care throughout the stay. The therapists were knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly invested in helping my loved one regain strength and confidence. One of the highlights was graduating from therapy and transitioning to the next phase of recovery. What my loved one appreciated most was being able to continue outpatient therapy with the same therapist, which made the transition seamless and comforting. That consistency meant a lot to our family and contributed greatly to continued progress. The building is clean, well maintained, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is positive and supportive. Staff were kind, professional, and attentive every step of the way.
