They have roaches in the refrigerator, they let their patients stay in a wet diapers for three to fours before they get changed, they have C-Diff in their facility ,they don't have a nutritionist to make sure that they eat healthy, they serve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for their dinner they don't make sure that their clients get physical therapy or counseling if they need it. The place need to be shut down and need a need administrator the one that's there just want to take their money and they are not getting the quality care that they need the CDC should check this place is a health hazard if a patient should be quatine they should not be sharing a room with a person who has contacted C-DIF please if you care about your love ones that's their you need to check on them get them out until they clean up that facility......

If I could give it less stars I would. Place is nothing like the picture. As you walk in to the main nursing floor the overwhelming smell of urine is the first thing you notice, it looked dirty and dingy like it hadn't had a good cleaning. There are 2 patients in a room that is clearly designed for one. The room was too crowded for two patients, the caretaker, and 2 visitors. There is no privacy, nowhere to sit. We had to move the bed closer to the window for the caretaker to be able to take my mother in law out of bed and put her in a wheelchair. The blinds were broken and dirty. The whole place was disgusting. My mother in law was there and was verbally abused by a care taker. She came out of there worse than she went in. Horrible place. No security, when we arrived to visit we walked right on in, waited by the reception desk for over 5 mins and had to flag a caretaker down to get some assistance. Anyone could have walked in an stolen from or abused any of the patients there. I was shocked and concerned that it was so easy to just walk in. Do your research and visit this place before you put your loved one here.
