Do not bring your family here, they do not care about your family member, but only the money, and their employees are rude and disrespectful, their units are infested with pests and are disgusting, and never cleaned before moving someone in. The contracts they make with people like painters are basically useless, as they try everything they can to pay as little as possible for the labor and cheat the contractors they work with, all in all, this place is ran by people who only wanna step on others to collect a paycheck

The residents & staff are okay. There are 5 buildings. Building 1 is the oldest & most rundown. It is infested with roaches & mice. The air conditioning unit in my apartment (in bldg 1) breaks down about every 2 weeks in summer; heat breaks down on the same schedule in winter. I was told there's no long term fix given the age of the system. However, maintenance is excellent about fixing it very quickly when called & it only takes 10 minutes to fix.<br>They say there's a free shuttle bus to Walmart every Wednesday but it hasn't run in the 3 years I've lived here.<br>The buildings are in the 'hood but they are surrounded by large, beautiful oak trees. There's a retention pond in back with ducks & herons & turtles and a paved path for walking. It's pleasant & picturesque if you don't look too closely at the pond which is the collection mechanism for street trash & road chemicals from the surrounding neighborhood. The pond is always disgusting but especially so after it rains.<br>Westminster Village is what it is: low-income senior housing in old run-down buildings in a very poor neighborhood.
