10/10 do not recommend. Dealing with a terrible situation for a family member that deserves much better, especially in a facility that is supposed to be equipped with the CNAs etc to take care of them. Day shift, during the week, seems to be alright. Don't expect anything from the night shift but lack of caring at all. They act very entitled and like they're just being attacked for no reason. If they'd do their job, family members would not be calling with concerns like we are. But save yourself the phone call anyway, it does nothing and will likely make it worse for your family member.

The Entire Staff (Doctor, Nurse Practitioner (Manny), Nurses (especially Ms.Yolanda , Celeste) and Physical Therapy Team we’re All Outstanding… They truly took the time and genuinely cared for my family member. Even though the facility building appeared to be a little older, the staff made up for it with their top notch care…Thank You for helping to improve my family member’s overall health and quality of life…God Bless Each of You for all you give of yourselves to help others. You have to press a star in order to give review; This place deserves none! If you love your person at all, DO NOT consider this place. I have cried for the one I know is there now, her family is working diligently to get her somewhere else. The majority of the RN's or LPN's CNA's are disrespectful, will not interact in conversation unless you pull them into it. I asked the aid on 4/25/25 to help me clean up HER pt, the pt's brief was full...call light on for 25 minutes at the least. NO ONE came or answered call light. I had to go out to the station ask about the light not being tended to. Several at the station talking, even the aid I asked to help. She still never came. The oncoming person came and well!?. This is one of many during a short time there! HOW truthfully can someone in their right mind say staff and this place are pleasant? If you are used to a low standard, then it's understandable. Get out of patient care when you do not want to do patient care!
