If I could give this place a negative 300 stars I would. This place just about killed my mother. We had to have my mom brought back to the hospital because of how bad her health got from only being there a week or less. She became septic from pneumonia while in this hell holes care and made my daughter tell them 10 times to call an ambulance as the claimed my mom had just refused some of her medicine 3 hours prior. My daughter was at the place around 9 that day and I'm sorry people don't become septic in just 3 hours.b

The staff here is very nice, they go above and beyond. Huge Thanks to Kayla the social worker. Con: while the therapy staff try their best with what they have, they lack proper equipment to fulfill their full potential. Fund the therapy and I'd rate 10/10.

My grandmother lives at gulf valor and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment she arrived they have taken her under their wing and made her feel safe, comfortable and cared for. The staff genuinely treat residents like family, not just patients. You can see the compassion in the way they interact, always taking the time to listen, support and show kindness. It brings our family so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. What stands out the most for me is how seriously they take resident rights and dignity. They go above and beyond to make sure every resident is respected and well cared for. We are beyond grateful for the love and dedication the team at Gulf Valor shows every day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will truly be cared for.

My mother is a patient at Rosewood Healthcare Nursing Home. I completely trust the staff to provide my mother with the loving care that I think she deserves. My mother is safe, clean, comfortable and in good spirits. I'm thankful for the wonderful, conscientious nursing staff and the nurses aids who care for my mother in the latter stages of her life. The facilities are well maintained. Finally, the administration at Rosewood Healthcare has supported me as I navigated through medicaid issues with placing my mother in their nursing home. Thank you sincerely, Jerry Hunter, Jr.
