Do NOT allow your loved one to move here UNLESS you want their belongings stolen… Management will not do anything about it. Do NOT rent here unless you want your loved one injured in the parking lots because there are NOT any cameras and management states “There parking lots are not their responsibility “! Do NOT rent here unless you want to see young women in the parking lot having sex with old men , again Management will not do anything. Do NOT rent here unless you want to break a hip, arm , leg , back or death from falling on the ice in the winter months! Do NOT rent here unless you want to have a job and OWE H.U. D because management doesn’t do their job and tells you they don’t need to report your extra income. Do NOT rent here if you are a person of color because you will not be accepted!!!!

Don’t come here to for your forever home…. Apartments are not secure. Management is rude and uncaring about the community. Gets people excited about moving here and then right before the move in date recinds the offer…. Smh

What remains a problem is there's no designated or visitor parking spots. Carpets & tiles are bad about attracting than repelling dirt. You use to be able to store things in the utility room until fire dept. brought about restrictions.<br>There's no backup power when electricity goes out. Which has happen more than usual. No shelter from tornadoes available.<br>No one who is cruel to animals or don't like them should be allowed to work as a part of maintenance. It's now in our laws to be felony, toward persons who do such.

Robin is such a wonderful person/woman she is really there for your needs. Whenever I have a problem she sends help right away. She is such a sweet person have a kind soul most of the neighbors are friendly. Stay to themselves. This is a great place to live with a understanding Property manager. Very quite almost to quite and peaceful. Not a lot of action but that's a good thing. If you want peace this is the place. really what you need appreciate and respect the kind of woman Robin truly is. You know she means well just handle your business stay to yourself and you will be great. Thank you Robin for always being positive and polite.
