I do not see how this place is open ! Very unprofessional staff the DON talks to the staff like trash ! I watched her sit and ask an employee after she as there on time and did a great job taking care of my mother I asked several people where was she after the situation occurred ! she was one of the nicest caregivers there I will always remember how she took care of my mom in this NASTY PLACE ! Currently trying to remove my mom from this place nets flies around mold throughout the whole building ! None of the supervisors are any help they are all in this click ! Robin the supervisor doesn’t display any professionalism with talking to staff and handling business can’t reach out to the administrator because he never there ! Save yourself a headache and please do not send your loved one to this prison ! From the DIRECTOR OF NURSING ON DOWN ! Something needs to be done ! With a 2.0 rating how can you let people continue to walk through these doors ! I feel sorry for the good nurses and good caregivers because tam white doesn’t care nothing about the patients nor the staff she in it for the title clearly. !

I'm a patient here they staff is lazy the feed you slop and they allow other patients in to go in your room. it's been plenty of times I hit the call light to (it took a hour)get the said person out. They don't listen to you when you're telling them you need prescription changed. They give the run around. And when you ask to see an outside doctor that's important they give the run around. I've tried to explain the pain I'm in they you have to get the wheelchair.when I expressed that it cause me to be in . They are lazy. The state needs to shut this place down

My father was placed in this facility, and I was appalled by the extremely poor conditions and unprofessional behavior of the staff. I have never encountered such disrespectful and negligent workers. One nurse attempted to start an altercation with me, falsely accusing me of taking a picture of her while I was using my phone. I have an iPhone with flash notifications enabled, and she mistook a notification for a camera flash. On a separate occasion, when I returned to the facility, the same nurse deliberately took a picture of me on her phone and then threatened me with physical violence when I questioned her about it. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. The facility itself is in deplorable condition. The bathrooms and walls are covered in black mold, and the entire building reeks of urine due to the lack of proper cleaning. Instead of properly addressing spills, staff members simply place towels over urine on the floor, leaving them soaked and unattended with no caution signs to prevent slips and falls. Beyond the unsanitary environment, the neglect and mistreatment of patients are deeply concerning. Residents are subjected to abuse, their clothing is stolen, and they are frequently denied access to basic necessities such as food and water. These inhumane conditions are unacceptable, and immediate action must be taken to hold this facility accountable. My father came dangerously close to losing his life due to the facility’s blatant neglect. They denied him food and water, resulting in severe dehydration and leaving his kidneys just 1% away from complete failure. Do not send your loved ones to this facility. If you do, they will likely endure severe mistreatment and abuse or, tragically, suffer FATAL neglect.
