Candace took the most amazing care of my mom when she needed it most. She treated her with love and compassion that she extended to the rest of our family. Westgate senior home’s honestly does amazing things for their residents and community. They take the time to personalize every one’s care. They are attentive to your needs and they also make you feel like you are at home. When you go to Westgate you’re automatically a part of the westgate family and it shows from the hands on care you get from the caregivers, the boss Candace also works side by side with her caregivers making sure she is there every step of the way. If you ever have the chance to visit Westgate senior homes do so you won’t regret it. They are always smiling and having a good time no matter what day of the week is. Take a tour talk to Mrs Candace and come see for yourself what I have experienced just by visiting.

I recently had a great experience with the exceptional care and welcoming atmosphere of Westgate. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew that we had found a place where mom would truly feel at home. The facility's commitment to compassionate care, combined with an excellent staff-to-resident ratio, sets them apart as an outstanding senior living facility that was also able to provide the needed attention during the last days of hospice.<br><br>The first aspect that struck me was the genuine warmth and compassion exhibited by the owner Candace. She went above and beyond to ensure that my mother’s needs were met. She took the time to establish a personal connection, fostering a sense of belonging and family. Mom would say “Candace is a saint”. It was evident that they not only viewed their role as a job but as a vocation driven by a deep passion for caring for others.<br><br>One of the standout features of this facility is the excellent staff-to-resident ratio. It is clear that the management understands the importance of individualized attention and care. The staff members were attentive, responsive, and readily available whenever needed. No request or concern was too big or small for them, and they consistently demonstrated a genuine desire to enhance the lives of the residents.<br><br>Moreover, the homelike facility was thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and familiar environment vs being in a row of apartments with a continuously revolving staff. The living spaces were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It was apparent that there is a true sense of belonging and security within the facility.<br><br>Westgate stands as a shining example of what an exceptional senior living facility should be. The genuine care, personalized attention, and welcoming atmosphere provides residents a place to call home. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone in need of senior living, assisted living, or hospice services. It is a true testament to the power of compassion and community in enhancing the lives of our loved ones.

Excellent care when there... But beware... Will not continue care if patient is newly afflicted with an infection... Cost us 7000.00 for a week and a half!

The facility is for seniors or terminally ill patients.Nurse practitioner and caregiver staff work and live there 24/7.Staff is kind and polite and very accommodating
