My family cannot thank Kathleen Fanning, Yuvette Harris and the rest of the staff at Westchester Senior Living enough for all of the caring support that they provide for our mother. Moving her into a community where she could receive the help she needs and have some social interaction was very important. None of her children were able to travel to help with the move due to travel restrictions. We thought she would have to stay isolated and unsupported in her condo. Westchester and Caring Transitions made it possible. We can all rest more easily now that she is in a place where she has daily meals, maintenance help on her apartment, and daily (safe) social interaction with a new group of friends. We all look forward to a time when meals can be shared and more daily activities can be enjoyed again. For now, we count our blessings that mom is healthy and happy in her new apartment at Westchester Senior Living. Thank you!!

My uncle just lost his wife at Westchester to Covid 19. I have spent 3 hours trying to talk to him and have never been put through. He is also Covid 19 positive. His name is Ransom Young. I have been told over and over that I will be put through, but it never happens. My Aunt Joyce Young who died on Sunday and my Uncle who is Covid 19 positive have never been outside of Westchester since the virus was known about. My Uncle is not receiving help to speak to his relatives after the loss of his wife of 72 years. It is very disappointing. They got the virus at Westchester. At least they could let him talk to relatives without each of us trying for over 3 hrs to connect.

If I could give this dump 0 stars I would!!! This place with its tenants and staff members have been tested positive with covid-19. Not only did they lie about having everything under control but have exposed vendors and others coming into the facility without giving them a heads up. I am disgusted and enraged with this place!!! They don’t care about you or your family!! I will be taking further action into this!

After being a Westchester Capt resident for several years, my sister fell and laid unconscious for over three days in her hot apartment. This was just after Westchester decided to no longer check residents. This caused severe dehydration leaving her mentally changed. We put her into the nursing area.<br>The doc there refused to treat her paranoia. She had 2 aggressive incidents<br>and IN THE MIDDLE OF YHE NIGHT DROPPED HER OFF AT TEMPE ST LUKES<br>E.R. Awoken in the middle of the night with a call we rushed to find place to evaluate her and an attorney to handle the Mental health POA.<br><br>I could not tell you how uncaring and heartless the were.<br><br>Jan Davies POA for Chloe KREIDE
